Billing Terms and Conditions

Please note that we use PayPal to process purchases from our website. This offers you an additional layer of security when making the purchase. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account to complete the payment. You may use any credit/debit card to complete the payment. If you encounter any problems, please call us at 1-800-668-6053, and we will process your payment by phone. Once the purchase completes, you will receive an invoice from PayPal, as well as a confirmation e-mail from us. We will only process the payment once the goods have been shipped, at which point you will see charges appearing on your credit/debit card from PayPal.

Disclaimer Regarding High Voltage and Current Measurement

Please note that the devices which RCC Electronics Limited sell can be used for measuring high voltages and currents. Only trained personnel should use this equipment. Improper handling of our test equipment may result in serious injury and potential death. People who are trained in handling the equipment are still required to exercise extreme caution to reduce risk of injury or damage to the test equipment, or the device under test, or any other property. Moreover, trained personnel are required to read the user manual before using the equipment.
