SIGLENT SDG7052A 500 MHz Waveform Generator

The SDG7052A is the 500 MHz model in the SDG7000A series. It provides dual-channel differential or single-ended outputs, 5 GSa/s sampling, deep arbitrary waveform memory and a high-speed platform for communications, semiconductor, research and automated test systems.

• Dual-channel differential or single-ended output
• 5 GSa/s maximum sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution
• 512 Mpoint waveform memory
• TrueArb sample rates from 0.01 Sa/s to 2.5 GSa/s
• 1 ns minimum pulse width and 500 ps minimum edge
• Optional IQ generation and 16-channel LVTTL or LVDS digital bus output
