SIGLENT SSG3021X RF Signal Generator

The SSG3021X is a bench RF source for R&D, education, manufacturing and service work. Its 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz range, calibrated output control and analog modulation support make it suitable for receiver, component and general RF testing.

• Frequency range: 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz
• AM, FM, PM and pulse modulation
• 0.01 Hz frequency resolution and 0.01 dB amplitude resolution
• 5-inch capacitive touchscreen with browser-based remote control
• USB Host, USB Device and LAN interfaces; optional GPIB adapter

I/Q capability: No. IQE models use an external compatible baseband source; that source is not included.
