HIOKI ST5680A DC Hipot Tester

The HIOKI ST5680A is a DC hipot and insulation resistance tester designed for the production and development of EV battery cells, modules and packs. It combines high-voltage testing, insulation resistance measurement and breakdown-voltage testing in one instrument.

• Current measurement resolution down to 0.001 µA
• Arc detection for identifying minute insulation defects
• Capacitance-based contact check helps detect incomplete test connections

Important Ordering Information

A HIOKI L2260 or L2261 high-voltage test lead is required and sold separately. The ST5680A is not compatible with the HIOKI 9615 lead or ordinary commercial BNC/coaxial leads.
