9268-10 - DC Bias Voltage Unit for IM series LCR supports component and impedance measurement.

The 9268, 9268-01 DC BIAS VOTLAGE UNIT is an optional unit, whcih can be connected between a HIOKI LCR, Z HiTESTER and the fixture.
The 9268-10 DC BIAS VOTLAGE UNIT is an optional unit, which can be connected between tha HIOKI IM Series (LCR Meters, Impedance Analzers) and the fixture, to allow a DC bias voltage to be applied to a capacitor or other component.
