SIGLENT SDS2204X Plus 200 MHz Oscilloscope

The SDS2204X Plus is a four-channel, 200 MHz digital storage oscilloscope for design validation, troubleshooting, power-electronics work, embedded-system debugging and education. It combines 2 GSa/s maximum real-time sampling, up to 200 Mpts per channel of memory and a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen in a benchtop platform.

Core Capabilities

• 200 MHz bandwidth with four analog channels plus an external trigger input.
• Up to 2 GSa/s real-time sampling and 200 Mpts per channel maximum memory depth.
• Up to 120,000 waveforms per second in normal mode and 500,000 waveforms per second in Sequence mode.
• History, Sequence, Search and Navigate tools for finding intermittent events in long acquisitions.
• Standard I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN serial-bus triggering and decoding.
• Bode Plot, mask testing and advanced math tools for control-loop and signal-integrity work.

Standard and Optional Capabilities

The oscilloscope includes the standard acquisition, analysis and serial-decode functions listed above. Mixed-signal input, the 50 MHz waveform generator, power analysis, additional protocol packages and bandwidth upgrades are optional and require the applicable hardware or software option.
