SIGLENT SSG6087A Microwave Signal Generator

The SSG6087A covers 100 kHz to 40 GHz for microwave and millimetre-wave component, receiver and production testing. It combines low phase noise, a wide level range and a compact touchscreen interface.

Key Features

• Level setting range from -130 dBm to +24 dBm
• -135 dBc/Hz phase noise at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset (typical)
• Standard AM, FM and PM modulation
• Standard OCXO reference and 0 to 110 dB step attenuator
• Web-browser remote control; USB and LAN interfaces

Pulse modulation and pulse-train generation require optional activation licenses.
