SIGLENT SSG5083A Microwave Signal Generator

The SSG5083A is a compact microwave source covering 9 kHz to 13.6 GHz. It is designed for communications, component, production and research testing that needs fine frequency control and stable RF output.

• 0.001 Hz frequency resolution and 0.01 dB amplitude resolution
• Level setting from -130 dBm to +25 dBm
• AM, FM and PM analog modulation
• Integrated OCXO reference for high stability
• 5-inch capacitive touchscreen and web remote control

Pulse modulation and pulse-train generation require the corresponding optional licenses.
