The SSG5040X-V covers CW: 9 kHz to 4 GHz; I/Q: 10 MHz to 4 GHz and combines low phase noise, fine frequency resolution and high output power for RF component, receiver and communications testing.

• 5-inch capacitive touchscreen and web-browser remote control

I/Q capability: Yes; internal I/Q baseband generator. The vector model supports internal I/Q generation and waveform playback.
