The SAP4000P is a low-noise power rail probe for measuring ripple, noise and fast transient events on DC supply rails. Its wide offset range allows small AC disturbances to be viewed accurately while a much larger DC rail voltage is present.

• Greater than 4 GHz probe bandwidth
• ±24 V offset voltage range
• ±600 mV input dynamic range
• 1.1:1 DC attenuation ratio
• 50 kΩ low-frequency and 50 Ω high-frequency input resistance
