SIGLENT ODP6100B 1 GHz Optically Isolated Voltage Probe

The ODP6100B uses fiber-optic signal transmission to provide electrical isolation between the measurement input and oscilloscope. It is designed for floating high-voltage measurements and high-side gate-drive testing in Si, SiC and GaN power-electronics systems.
