SIGLENT ODP6050B 500 MHz Optically Isolated Voltage Probe

The ODP6050B uses fiber-optic signal transmission to provide electrical isolation between the measurement input and oscilloscope. It is designed for floating high-voltage measurements and high-side gate-drive testing in Si, SiC and GaN power-electronics systems.
