The HIOKI 9261-10 Test Fixture connects leaded components to compatible HIOKI IM-series LCR meters and impedance analyzers.

• Four-terminal-pair configuration with 50 Ω impedance characteristics
• Measurement frequency range: DC to 8 MHz
• Accepts conductor diameters from 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm
• Connection cable length: approximately 1 m
• Maximum applied DC bias voltage: ±40 V
