HIOKI BT4560-60 Battery Impedance Meter

The BT4560-60 provides electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements for high-capacity lithium-ion battery cells used in electric-vehicle and energy-storage applications. Its 0.01 Hz to 10 kHz frequency range supports cell research, design validation and production evaluation.

Key Capabilities

• Measures impedance, voltage and temperature
• Measures resistance, reactance, impedance and phase angle
• Three impedance ranges with 0.1 µΩ maximum resolution
• Supports production-line control through LAN, RS-232C, USB and EXT. I/O
• Expands to multi-channel battery evaluation with the HIOKI SW1001 or SW1002 switch mainframe
