SIGLENT SDS5104X HD 1 GHz 4-Channel High-Resolution Oscilloscope

The SDS5104X HD is a 1 GHz, four-channel digital oscilloscope for high-speed design, power-electronics, embedded-system and advanced troubleshooting applications. Its 12-bit acquisition system provides greater vertical detail than a conventional 8-bit oscilloscope, with Hi-Resolution processing up to 16-bit.
