Siglent instruments use the generic USBTMC (USB Test & Measurement Class) driver.

Please install the National Instruments NI-VISA suite (free of charge):

https://www.ni.com/en-ca/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-visa.html#442805

After you install NI-VISA, you may use the Siglent software (such as EasyScope in the case of Oscilloscopes) to communicate with your device.
