Return and Refund Policy

For Online Purchase of Siglent products:

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.rcce.com operated by RCC Electronics Limited. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. It should be returned with all accessories and in the original packaging. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund if it passes inspection. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Return Process

1. Contact us at sales@rcce.com to request the return of goods. Make sure to mention the order ID, and to indicate the reason for return.
2. We will contact you back with a return authorization, and shipping instructions.
3. We will cover the shipping charges back to us and issue a pre-paid label.
4. You will then drop off the item at a designated drop-off location for the courier specified.
5. Once we receive the unit, and inspect it, a refund will be issued.

For the purchase of all other products inclding AEMC, BAUR, DV Power, Graphtec and HIOKI, the above return policy does not apply. Instead, there will be restokcing fee for any cancellation of a purchase order if the cancelation was issued after more than 24 hours of the order. The restocking fee may be 10%-20% depending on the manufacturer.
