• Test engineering requirement analysis and consultation - we work with you to find the right test equipment setup for your application
• Test equipment demonstrations - we can demo the tool before you purchase
• Equipment rental - we offer equipment rental for customers who prefer that option
• Trade-in program - ask us about a buy-back option for your old test equipment.

After-sale services:

• Equipment training - in-class, on-line, and on-site options available
• Technical support - we help answer all your questions on using the test equipment
• Result interpretation - we can help you interpret your measurement results
• Warranty support - we can handle warranty claims on your behalf
• Equipment repair - we have an in-house repair facility, approved by the equipment manufacturers
• Complimentary firmware upgrades.

Calibration services:

• Equipment calibration - we have an in-house NIST / ISO9001 accredited calibration laboratory. In addition, we can offer 17025 calibration in collaboration with accredited laboratories. 

Testing services:

• In some cases, we may offer testing services in addition to test equipment sales. The testing services will include detailed reports for you and your end-customer.
